A few details and your account. You add photos once you have confirmed your email, then send it to us to check.
What you pay
A guest books you on Zanzibar Rentals
Your own link (zanzibarrentals.com/yourname), or other sites
Free to list, no subscription. Guests pay you directly; each month we send you a statement for the site's 5%, only when something is owed. On a cancellation you pay only on what you kept.
Off unless you tick “Let other hosts sell this” under a listing. The seller earns 10%, less the guest's 5% when they use the seller's code. On a $100 booking another host sold:
Through their page
Guest pays $100 · site −$5 · seller −$10 · you keep $85
The guest types their code (5% off)
Guest pays $95 · site −$4.75 · seller −$5 · you keep $85.25
Got more than one thing to offer? Start with this one. You can add rooms, tours, taxis, hire and more of anything at any time from your host page.
